Tesla Supercharger — Local services in Mission Viejo

It's a big plus this Supercharger location is close to the 5 freeway, and right next to The Shops at Mission Viejo (which is a nice mall). However, if its 10 charging stalls are all in use then finding somewhere to wait your turn will either be a little difficult or downright difficult. Here's why: the 10 charging stalls are side-by-side and directly across from them are 10 "regular" mall-shopping parking spots. These combined 20 spots are in their own separate parking lot (but still within general mall parking) and it's cramped - its configuration is too snug. I consistently see Tesla drivers making multi-point turns to get into a charging stall. This is the "little-difficult" part I spoke of. The "downright difficult" part is when all 10 charging stalls are in use and the 10 "regular" parking spots are occupied by mall shoppers. When this happens there is literally nowhere to park and wait for a charging stall to become available without blocking those parked in the charging lot or blocking cars driving around in the surrounding"regular"...

Slow as it's not a 250kw but good location, FREE PARKING (THANK YOU) and open 24 hours which is good if you need a fast or quick charge to get on your way. But if you charge to 80 or 90 from a low battery you will be there an hour. So for shopping PERFECT but if in a rush for a big charge then ONLY go to 250kw or 150kw MAX! This one is a 72kw. So from extended battery at less than 15% charging to 90% will take around 1 hour...

10 chargers in one row, not nearly enough, should be at least 24+ for this area & location.

Today we have ~6 cars waiting on a Sunday afternoon. 20 minutes of waiting to get a spot.

On the bright side one end is blocked off so the queue line is unambiguous and no one can finesse, mall has plenty of options, and at least all the chargers were...
