Smashburger — Restaurant in Mission Viejo

The food here at the Mission Viejo location is very good in my opinion. The chain uses quality ingredients and they prepare the food carefully. I would have given them 5 stars if they had been a little more generous with the frys. I've eaten here a few times and always feel like they should give you a just a little more frys for the money. I like the "Smash Frys" with rosemary and garlic. This location is in a food court and so it is often busy and a bit noisy other than that it's not a bad atmosphere. They keep it clean and tidy. Overall I like it enough to go back to this location. There was another location I liked better in Aliso Viejo...

I love me a good burger and boy did this place deliver! My gosh the burger was on point! The patty was full of flavour and a little crispy. The buns were spongey and soaking with saucy goodness. Even the veggies stood out which is p rare for a fast food burger join ngl. Also being located in the mall it’s great for a quick meal or way to full up if your group is on a shopping binge and ya need a break. Highly recommend this spot! Also staff is polite and helpful. Obviously the food was good it’s smash burgers and has sustained itself in a mall but geez louise was the service terrible both of the girls working the counter were just rude and obviously lazy and then they proceeded to take 23 minutes to make 2 burgers i also watched them make several to go orders while no one was there to pick it up and i had stood there the whole 23 minutes waiting for the food also they forgot the shake i ordered. anyways foods good just needs new employees at least the ones workin 5pm...
