Very upset with my experience in this store. When I went to checkout, I stood directly behind a customer who was on being helped on the right end of the registers counter. Then there was another customer who went to the left end of the registers, after I was already in line. There were no signs showing where the line starts. After the customer at the register was finished, the cashier went to help the customer on the left side, who came after me. I went over and mentioned to the cashier that I was in line first.
The cashier said she saw me, but said the line started on the left side, and "as far as she was concerned, the woman on the left side was the next customer." Which does not make sense, because she just finished helping a customer on the right side, exactly where I was lined up. Her response was extremely rude and dismissive. There were no signs marking where the line starts, and she acknowledged that she saw me in line, but chose to ignore that I was there first. The cashier was wearing glasses.

Read moreI have been a loyal Victoria’s Secret customer for over 25 years, always purchasing my bras and panties here. Unfortunately, the quality of their products has declined. Less than a year ago, I bought a bra that literally tore in half after very little use — shocking for a brand I trusted for so long.
When I brought it back to the store and explained the situation to the manager, Chelsea, she was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. I wasn’t even asking for a refund — just a replacement or at least an apology given that I am a longtime cardholder and loyal customer.
Chelsea refused to help, simply saying, “Without a receipt we can’t do anything.” Who keeps a receipt for a bra months later? She showed no professionalism or care for customer loyalty, which was very disappointing.
This experience has left a bad taste, and I will seriously reconsider shopping at Victoria’s Secret again. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I can’t imagine how they...
Read moreFor several years the quality of VS and Pink have been horrible but recent purchase of 5 for 30 panties left me pleasantly surprised. They reversed course and are much better. The staff at Mission Viejo needs desperate help. There were at least a dozen women working and walking around everywhere, but only 2 at the registers and the line was never less than 5 people, every one of which was making returns that took 20 minutes + for each person. New staff clearly, both very nice girls, but very frustrating that neither of them knew what they were doing. Mgmt. type ladies trying to help weren't much better and each customer while I was there, including me, complained to the different ladies trying to train.the newbies, which was shrugged off.
