Huckleberry People — Local services in Missoula

I ordered with the anticipation of my favorite jam, wild huckleberry jam! Well, the ordering went fairly well and I received the package of ten jars of which 3 were broken due to poor packing! I asked about replacing the broken jars and after much to do and pictures they said they would be replaced and sent out right away, that was going on 3 weeks ago! After a number of calls I was told that someone would call as to the whereabouts of my replacements! Still waiting for a call! Would NOT recommend this company...

I visit Montana several times a year and always pick up Huckleberry jam. This year being very different I won’t be going to Montana for the holidays. I ordered all my stocking stuffers gifts and had the greatest service from Sharon once again. Everyone I give jam to always asks for it again and again. Have a very happy, healthy and prosperous Christmas and New Year...

For 4 months I tried to order something from these folks for my business! I sent numerous emails, photos for the labels, etc and spoke to them by phone 3 times and was told each time that they would get back to me the next day but they never did. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever...
