Clearly a local favorite. Showed up at 4:30 on a Thursday and the place was already nearing capacity.

Of important note, you get two drink tickets, limiting each patron to 3 drinks per visit. If you can't find a pint of what you like in three glasses, you might need to move on.

While I was here, the Blood Orange Gose was on. A lovely sour with a nice hose kick.

I asked for the best smack-me-around beer on tap and settled in to the Pineapple Express tropical IPA. At 7.0% ABV, it's one of the stronger brews on tap and the tropical notes make it more interesting than a super-hoppy IPA.

Sadly, one of the flagship beers - the Quill Pig (Czech pilsner) was off while I visited, but judging by the number of folks who asked for it while I sat at the bar, it's not to be missed. Plus, at 5% ABV, you'll likely be able to spend your three drink tickets on it and still carry on a conversation...

I have been to over 70 Breweries and Draught Works is also in the top ten of my list of favorite breweries. The brewery has an really nice atmosphere It is an old brick building with amazing old log beams throughout. They have ALOT of seating in side and in the summer when the deck is open its awesome to sit outside and drink. They have alot of beer options and recently expanded their beer menu and made it bigger. They have around 20 beers on the menu now so there is a good option for anyone. My one and only complaint is the parking and its partially because its such a popular place but there is basically no parking and you end up having to drive around the block to find somewhere and walk but...

I usually love this place but they really could do a better job at reading their crowd lately. Every time the band leaves the past 4-5 times I’ve been here (which is usually once or twice a week) they have played the saddest I want to go kill mostly type of country. Like are you trying to push everyone out? I would drink at least 3 more beers after the band left IF the bartenders played far better music. My god. People have depression they go out to let loose and have fun. Not to head home sadder than they left the house. Somebody needs to do something about the music selection. It used to be so much better. Considering taking my business elsewhere just for this reason and I LOVE...
