Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Missoula

I had the most wonderful service at this location a few weeks ago. I am on the larger size of the clothing spectrum and often have trouble finding the right fit, but I love VS style and quality. The employee who helped me with my return was able to help me find an exchange online and didn’t think twice of searching and adjusting to be sure I got what I needed. She said ‘it’s the clothes’ job to fit you, not the other way around.’ One of the kindest interactions I’ve ever had in a store and I left smiling - thank you so much...

I'm an over the road truck driver so I shop Victoria Secret & PINK all across the US ...alot lol. I have in general found Victoria Secrets to be very friendly & extremely helpful but Missoula MT has by far THE nicest GENUINELY friendly group of employees!. .even interacting with each other. I have never bothered to post a review on anything or any place before but this store definitely deserves my time to write a review.
