I am not very happy with the Customer Service my daughter experienced on 4/22/15 when she walked into Rew's in Mitchell to look for a TV for her son's room. The Lady that was working told her that she should spend more time reading to him instead of putting him in front of a TV. I can honestly say that she is lucky that I wasn't there at that time. I work in the Customer Service Industry and Lady, let me tell you, that was not called for. If you knew why my Daughter wanted a TV instead of assuming why she wanted a TV then you might think differently. Read moreWe recently was at the Mitchell store and purchased a new washer and dryer. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. We scheduled a delivery time. Thats where it all ended. We were scheduled for the first delivery of the day and no one showed up. We called into the store and was told he would contact the delivery and call us back, which never happened. We waited 5 - 6 hours and called back again. They finally came shortly after. The 2 delivery men that came were very knowledgeable and worked very well together. He said my husband wasn't certified to put a $6.00 part in that we did buy down the street 15 minutes later. No certification needed either. By the way...my husband IS certified but the clerk already made his mind up and we didn't have time to waste.
