Today was my first time in the At Home store and loved it at first. Found everything we needed. When we got home, the prelit tree we bought did not work, so we took it back and was going to get another one. When I told the cashier that we brought the tree back because the lights did not work,, she said in front of everyone, "well I will need to check it out and make sure". So she asked my husband to help her take it out of the box in front of all the other customers, put the tree together and plug it up. I told her I was not paying for a tree that did not light up but she was very rude as if we were dishonest. We had spent over $600 in the store today and became a member, but since she treated us as if we were not honest, we decided we were not going to replace the tree from this store and we would buy one somewhere else. She did refund us the money because she saw the lights did not work but what if we just didn't want the tree and was returning it? How would that had turned out? This was very embarrassing for us and this has never happened to us at any other establishment.

BEFORE I purchased a mattress I was told by the cashier name Sean Robinson, he told us we can return the mattress we about to purchase in less than 60 days. Read moreLove the selection the store has to offer however I wouldn't recommend going an hour before their closing time. When I walked up to the door, I double checked to see when they were closing and it said 10pm. It wasn't even 9 yet so I walk to the entry door and its locked. The exit door opened so I walk in and both interior doors in front of me are locked so I head to the interior exit door and it opens. I ask the cashier to confirm they close at 10 and she replies, " yes, and not one minute after!" I begin shopping and at 9:30, a reminder on the intercom announces the store closes at 10, at 9:45, another announcement to gather your items and head to checkout. This was unnerving as I had no intentions of prolonging their closing time and as their ONLY customer in the entire store, I found it very rude to constantly make me feel like I was doing something wrong by shopping within their hours of operation.
