I had the worse experience at this location. I ordered it online and tracked my progress on the way to pick it up. It displayed that it was being prepared. When I get there, doors locked so I couldn't pick it up in-store. If it was closed for in-store pickup, it should have noted before I ordered. After I noticed the doors were locked, I proceeded to the drive-thru line which was backed up with 7 cars waiting. I get to the order screen and I explained that I ordered online through your site and he said there was no order for in-store pickup. I told him that I was tracking my progress for my order and it was saying it was ready for pick-up. He kept saying, there was no order for online at all. I told him it doesn't make sense. He raised his voice and said there's no order for online at all. At this point, i'm just going to order again at the order screen. He went to say, I could order again but it has to be cash. I asked what do you mean? He said, the credit card machines are down. Seriously?! All I had was a card at the time. Read moreI made a mistake, and accidentally ordered through the Taco Bell Mobile App, and forgot to switch locations. The staff was horribly rude, and even the manager was mean!
As I was told for the SECOND time to drive all the way around the drive-thru line they were STILL rude! I pulled past them and parked so I could switch locations via the app.
During the 3-5 minutes that I was pulled up I could STILL hear all the African-American women LOUDLY talking through the closed drive-thru window making fun of my Nephew, and me!
As I sat there reflecting on how NASTY, and POORLY-RUN the customer service is NOW at this location (it used to be OUSTANDING) I decided to drive 4 more miles to the original Taco Bell address of the order.
This location has a bunch of lazy, rude, entitled women working OR SHALL I SAY collecting a paycheck THERE!

Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This is by far the worst taco Bell location in Mobile. Always slow service and rude employees. I go to this location every once in awhile because it is the closest one to my house and I always get the worst service. Tonight I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes. The drive-thru is only one lane and so once you get into it you cannot leave or else I would have gone somewhere else. When I get to the window the employees are laughing and joking around with a full line of people in the drive thru. I end up sitting at the window for around 10 minutes before the cashier hands me my food that has been sitting in the window for the past 10 minutes. every time I come here I am going to be sitting in the Drive-Thru for a minimum of 20 minutes I never get a receipt and they constantly do not give me all my food that I have ordered. Do yourself a favor and go to another taco Bell location and hopefully this one will go out...
