The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I also got my order really fast, which was awesome. Crumbl never disappoints, and this week’s selection was one of the best yet. Highly recommend treating yourself!

Staff are treated terribly I came in to get some cookies for my girlfriend on Thursday and there was a single worker preparing all the cookies while the rest of the staff stood around talking I gave the girl a tip but I severely doubt she’s going to get any of it. Quite literally there were two members of staff who sat there on their phones just blabbing away while this girl was slaving away preparing orders. I find this severely disappointing and ridiculous as you could tell the girl was young. I’ve always heard crumbl took advantage of their employees but...

Came in 30 minutes before 10pm ordered, they took our money put it in their drew, walked away then proceeded to tell us oh no we’re not taking cash. Why not tell us that in the first place? First time visiting this store and will not return. I’ll take my business to the other location. I had a very upset 5 year old. IF YOU DONT TAKE CASH THEN DONT TAKE OUR ORDER.
