Boost Mobile — Local services in Mobile

Boost Mobile, Schillinger Rd, Mobile, AL sold me a buggy iphone with hardware issues out of the box that could not be resolved by the store clerk then refused to take it back within six days of purchase without a restock fee. The owner/manager, "AJ", took an arrogant "what are you going to do about it" attitude with me. The salesperson attempted to reconnect my original Boost phone to Boost's own network, but he was unable to, so he called customer support for guidance. The only solution they could/would offer for totally having effied up my phone was to cancel my current plan of eleven years and to charge me a higher monthly bill for less data service. I drove directly to Verizon, where I received excellent service, better coverage, and highly competitive...

I had a fantastic experience at the Boost Mobile store on Schillinger. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. They were patient, informative, and never made me feel rushed. The store had a great selection of phones and accessories, and the prices were very competitive. Service at this boost mobile store was the best i've ever received throughout my entire experience with boost mobile. The staff there are very nice people and super helpful. AJ and Mo are really kind and gave me a great deal.
