Big Lots — Local services in Mobile

A few months ago, I purchased a mattress from the store after driving to Mobile and Fairhope, where I found both people incredibly rude and non-helpful. At each store, I encountered a couple people that nonchalantly walked away from me when asking questions about the mattresses

So I drove to Mobile and literally 10 minutes before closing time the manager was eager to help we loaded 100 pound mattress and he help me out the door even though it was literally two minutes past closing once we did the paperwork Recall, but I have a couple photos on another account that I will update Thank you for your hard work and serving your customer even when it’s closing time I hope you can use all of the reviews. They have a nice store. Kept clean and organized. I enjoy this store it has items not at the other ones. I’ve learned that not all big lots are the same over ther years. Like last year after Halloween I wanted an item for my decorations this year. I found it still at this location and got it. They had a dragon Skelton rather large. They went out of their way to help me get it secure to a friends care. It was a small sports cat so it had to be secured to the rail on the trunk. They gave us rope and helped us secure it. I visited this location about 7:30 pm on Sunday. There were few customers so parked near stores entrance. Noted they were open late. Store was organized. Better than most of the Big Lots I've been in. Young lady who was at the register did a great presentation of the stores reward card program and signed me up. Aisles were clean and free of merchandise. Found a pack of 10 DVDs for $5. Identical brand and item at competitor was almost twice the price! Look forward to returning.
