A 5.00 coupon is what they tried to offer my family!? This is one of the most awful experiences I've ever had with a fast food restaurant.
First I had went and bought groceries and I just wanted to grab some food on the way home. There is a burger king down the road from walmart. I didn't realize that my app had saved the Burger King that was 15 minutes away on the other side of town as my main store. I placed my order and it went to the wrong store. There was no button to cancel the order . There was no one that I could call. I tried to call both of the stores to let them know I placed the wrong order please don't cook the food but no one answers the phone.
I drove to the Burger King that was near me and I asked to speak to the manager thinking that she would have the phone number to the other store and could call them and let them know that the order was placed at the wrong store before they started cooking it. The manager at that store wouldn't even talk to me she told the employee to tell me that once an order was placed there's nothing that can be done. I have to go to that store to pick it up.
Remember I have groceries in my car so I called my husband to tell him to head to the Burger King on Highway 90 that I accidentally placed the order at the wrong store. I go home and put up groceries while my husband goes to get the food.
My husband arrives at the highway 90 location and the food is not even ready it's been 25 plus minutes since I ordered the food. He sits there and he's waiting on the food. They were extremely rude and he heard A an employee say "well he'll just have to get over it " my husband gets back home with the food and it is not even what I ordered!!!
Instead of the two melts that I ordered they gave him two Whopper juniors. We did get the nuggets and the mozzarella sticks. All of the food was cold the cheese had melted out of the mozzarella sticks and some of them were empty. The Whopper Juniors were just covered in mayonnaise we didn't even order Whoppers.
So we scrape the mayonnaise off and ate it the best we could because we have a 2-year-old and we needed give her dinner and get her to get her to sleep.
Monday morning my husband has to leave work because he is extremely ill. He went to his primary care doctor because he had chills and fever, stomach cramps, diarrhea. His primary care doctor hospitalized him! I'm not even kidding you. He had food poisoning from someone not washing their hands at Burger King!!!
The health department is actually involved in this situation. Their disgusting fast food almost killed my husband. We will never eat at Burger King ever again. Yes, I am going to leave a review because people need to know!
Burger King doesn't care about its customers. The staff does not care about the customers. They don't wash their hands. It's dangerous and people need to know the condition of that store and...
Read moreBy far the worst service I've ever seen! First I should start by saying I don't typically review fast food restaurants because, well... it's fast food so already my expectations are low but THIS place, wow, it's somewhere that sets the bar for low expectations! I went through the drive thru in a hurry between picking my kids up from school and dropping them off at dance. As I was greeted at the speaker I asked if the two cheeseburger meal was available as I didn't see it on the outside menu. The girl replies, "no ma'am not anymore. Now we only have two for $6 whoppers, chicken or fish sandwiches." I said, "oh, ok I thought the two cheeseburger meal was a standard thing." She says, "no ma'am, we don't have that any longer." So I then begin to order the two for $6 whoppers. (2 regular, 1 no mayo, 1 ketchup and mustard only, 3 small onion rings, 1 small fry) three times she read it back, three times it was wrong. I said never mind, I'll just come in it'll be easier. I pull around and go in, one of the girls from the kitchen was waiting for me at the counter. She introduced herself and was very nice, however, she couldn't repeat the order correctly either, God love her. So the manager came over and entered it into the register as I told her my order. That settled everything and she called it back no problem. Total was over $21. Then as soon as I pay I look up at the board and say, "wait, you do have the two cheeseburger meal?" The manager says, "yes, we have it, two cheeseburgers, small fry, small drink $3.49" I said, "I asked for that in the drive thru and was told you didn't have that anymore" and the girl who was working the drive thru who is now draped across the barrier between the kitchen and the front counter looks me in the face and blatantly lies through her teeth and says, "no ma'am I told you we had that" I said, "no, you didn't. I specifically asked for that and you said you no longer had it!" She lies again saying, "no ma'am, I told you we had it" keep in mind, never once does the manager say, 'oh, is that what you wanted? We can refund your order and get you that instead' no, they just continue to make the initial order. When we walked out even my kids were like, "Mom! That lady just lied! How does she even have a job there?" Good question. In the end my idea for a quick $7 fast food run turned into a long $21 fast food run and when they went to eat it IT WAS ALL COLD!! a few bites later everything was IN THE TRASH! Onion rings, fries, EVERYTHING STONE COLD! Never again. Burger King is notoriously horrible for customer service, everyone knows it, but when you try to order something they sell only to be told they don't sell it, so you agree to order something else that costs more and they can't get it right then when they do get it to you it's served cold, that is by...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru on 8/20/2025 around 6:30pm... two cars waiting at the window when we pulled up to order, things seemed to be going smoothly.
We ordered a Whopper Jr. sandwich, a side of mozzarella sticks, and lastly, a Whopper with bacon and cheese... it seemed as if the young lady was having a hard time getting the order processed on the screen, as the items kept changing while we were awaiting our total.
We pulled up, received the food and checked it... the regular Whopper was only topped with mayonnaise and pickles. Went to check the receipt but it wasn't in the bag... so, I headed in the store, no biggie...
No one was at the front counter but a gentleman approached from the prep area and asked how he could help. I explained the minor issue we had. A lady in a BK uniform that was sitting at a table on her phone in the dining area walks behind the counter and starts freaking out at the poor guy. "I am the manager, you are not a manager... you do not speak to customers." She turns to me and says "Now what is your problem?" I kindly explained again... she asks "What did you order?" after I had just told her. She looks at the screen and says "That isn't what you ordered." She wasn't referring to the food in my hand, she was telling me what I explained wasn't what I ordered.
Obviously, the order was put in wrong... but she was acting like it was my fault? I was baffled... She stated "What do you want me to do about it?"... I kept my cool because this situation was absolutely absurd.
She put the sandwich into the computer... the gentleman started to prep. He completed the burger... put it out to be bagged. She turns, walks away... comes back about a minute later, takes an order from a customer who just walked in... then she bags my food.
I kindly said "thank you" as she turned around and rolled her eyes.
I have eaten BK my entire life and I have never experienced a "manager" that was such a miserable human being.
I have bad days too, but I have never taken it out on customers... especially those who received bad service on MY crew.
The lady was plus-sized, shorter with black braids/extensions. She wasn't wearing a name badge.
Beware if you have any issues and she's there... you might catch her in a mood.
I'll be writing BK...
