GameStop — Local services in Mobile

My car recently broke down and is in the shop. So, I rode my bike over to the game stop. There was no where to lock up my bike. I asked the staff if I could bring the bike inside so it wouldn't get stolen. They said that the open space where I could put the bike was how the customers left the store. You mean the customers couldn't go around it? When I asked if I could lean it against an empty glass case, they said that I would be blocking merchandise. There was NOTHING in the glass case! Never mind that I recently spent $400, and have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars through the years. I was there to spend more money. TLDR; Pros: Store was clean

Cons: Sales being advertised in store were old, associate also had an attitude and blamed everything on previous shift and store as a whole.

Came in to buy a few games, saw they were advertising 4 for 40$ used. The sale was posted in several places around the store, so I assumed it was still going on. Upon getting to the counter to pay I was informed that the sale was not going on anymore. Okay no biggie, but I asked anyway why the signs were still up out of curiosity, and that was a mistake. The young sales associate went into a speech about how the previous shift didn't do anything, and a lack of training hadn't prepared them for such a job, and so on...

Bad customer service and attitude! This was on Saturday 10,2022 at 1:00. He did not ask to help us! Then my grandson , who is 5 had a bathroom emergency and I saw the bathroom and he could not wait so he went in the restroom , as I held the door open ! Anyone could here or see but he as a 5 yr old couldn’t wait! The salesman came and told me I was not allowed in there!
