Thai Fusion — Restaurant in Mobile

After reading the reviews on here, we thought this would be a decent place. We were the only table upon entering the restaurant (only 1 other table of 2 came the entire time we ate). There were 7 of us, 4 of whom were small children and 3 adults. My eldest daughter ordered a simple dish off the menu (udon noodles). After everyone's food came out, we all ate. My daughter still did not have her food. Our waitress brought the check and still no food. We notified the waitress that her order never came. She apologized, and asked again what the order was supposed to be. After which, I paid because we had to leave. Even after making this error, I was still charged $15 for her noodles. Another 10 minutes pass with my family already having exited the restaurant waiting in the car. We're still waiting on her to go order. The waitress comes out and stated that they're now magically out of udon noodles (after I paid and left a tip). She gave her a choice of ramen noodles without refunding any of my money, and still I'm paying a premium for some .30¢ Walmart noodles. This place is a sham. The food wasn't nearly as good as the reviews claim. The Thai tasted more like Chinese food instead of Thai. I don't know how this place got good...

Food is okay, but they three times I been here my order comes out wrong. First time they drown my chicken Katsu in sauce. Second time I asked for chicken fried rice and add pineapple. They add pineapple, raisin, and nut, which I am allergic to nut I also did not asked for raisin and nuts. My other order was chicken beef and pork. They added shrimp which my boyfriend allergic to. I gave them a tried one more time because they are nice and the food would be good if they just get the order right. So the third time I order online. Where I could write my order down. They still got it wrong. They got the chicken fried rice right. They add pineapple and raisin and no nuts. But the second order they did not add the pineapple that was written down. They changed my credit card charge amount after I left!

Ordered the Panang curry online for pickup and there wasn’t an option to click to add some variety of veggies so I typed in the comments to please add some. I’ve had many Thai places be happy to add in a few other options besides just bell peppers. Plus this place charges for meat, it’s not even included. I had paid to add chicken.

So they confirmed with me when I got there that they’d add some veggies but mentioned nothing about charging extra for it.

I got an email from them saying they adjusted my total and added $2.16 for the special instructions. How is that even legal as that’s not what I was told when they gave me my total at the register and I paid for it?? So not right and I will never be back. $19.80 for some panang...
