What a terrible experience on exchanging my pants I received for Christmas. Apparently, you have 30 days from purchase to return any items you buy. In my case, all of my tags were still on my pants and though my wife purchased them in December for Christmas, I was required to return them prior to January 23. My issue was the pants were to long and I simply wanted to exchange them, mind you my wife has exchanged items at other Lulu stores, yet for some reason, they made me get my pants hymned. The overall customer experience was pretty bad, and the fact that nobody including whoever the manager who was supposedly in charge had no authority to make a decision and do what’s right for the customer is pretty sad....
Read moreI have had positive experiences when I was there shopping with my daughter but last Friday I went to purchase a bag for myself. I waited at checkout line only to realize the associate was right there looking at me while she socialized with a friend. She never budged or acknowledged me. So I asked the dressing room attendant to check me out. She immediately dropped what she was doing to help me. As we walked up to the counter the other woman then says can I help you. I politely declined her assistance because I knew she had ignored me. The dressing room attendant was so kind and courteous unlike the other woman. I expected better experience. Very disappointed & wont shop...
Read moresuper upset, it's unfortunate that the first time I shop here for Christmas gifts for my daughter they end up leaving the sensors on the clothing. come Christmas day, she opens her gift & can not wear it due to the sensors being on BOTH ITEMS. (that was the gift she was most excited for) I wouldn't be upset if we didn't have to drive an hour out of our way all the way here only for them to remove them and then not even take responsibility for their mistake and atleast compensate us, we would have been fine with a dang coupon. the amount of money this store makes and they couldn't make it right?...
