My 80 year old mother went into the store and placed a Christmas order for my brother and I on Dec 14th. My brother who lives in California got his before Christmas, I still haven't received mine (12/31/18) l called and spoke to the manager on December 26th and she told me that the order was returned and back in Mobile, she said that as soon as they get it back they can resend it to me???? (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE)she said that my mother must have given them the wrong address over the phone, my mom actually WROTE IT DOWN IN LARGE LETTERS AND HANDED IT TO THE CLERK, she has mailed me numerous things and I have gotten every single one of them. I asked if my mother could be compensated for the trouble and their mishap and was told she could get a %10 discount on her next order. Something has changed within their company and they no longer have the quality of customer service that they used to. I placed an order online to send as a gift and the person never got the pecans and the tracking number never even showed it was even shipped.
