Tanners Pecans & Candies — Restaurant in Mobile

My 80 year old mother went into the store and placed a Christmas order for my brother and I on Dec 14th. My brother who lives in California got his before Christmas, I still haven't received mine (12/31/18) l called and spoke to the manager on December 26th and she told me that the order was returned and back in Mobile, she said that as soon as they get it back they can resend it to me???? (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE)she said that my mother must have given them the wrong address over the phone, my mom actually WROTE IT DOWN IN LARGE LETTERS AND HANDED IT TO THE CLERK, she has mailed me numerous things and I have gotten every single one of them. I asked if my mother could be compensated for the trouble and their mishap and was told she could get a %10 discount on her next order. Thats not going to happen...I would have given them no stars for their terrible customer service but can't. Maybe I'll get mine by...

My family has been shopping with Tanners since they opened their doors in the 40's. Something has changed within their company and they no longer have the quality of customer service that they used to. I placed an order online to send as a gift and the person never got the pecans and the tracking number never even showed it was even shipped. I contacted the office manager on numerous occasions only to get the run around and many excuses. I am extremely disappointed in Tanners and will be taking my business to another pecan company...

Tanners Pecans & Candies, went above and beyond for my family and I. Not only do they have the best nut selection in Mobile but perhaps all of America! When I called the store Kathryn answered and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's this kind of service that not only keeps you coming back but, allows you to share your positive experience. This store really has GREAT people! GREAT products! and GREAT service!...
