Ordered/pre payed online for my smoothie and wrap to be picked up “immediately” knowing this location is very slow I still didn’t go get my food for another 20-25minutes. When I got there they only handed me a smoothie and I told them I had a wrap, the lady up front acted like it wasn’t her problem and asked the kitchen where it was at and they all proceeded to argue and be very loud. I saw the kitchen slide (what looked like a wrap) down the counter. She never came back to reassure me that my food was being made and she never kept checking to see if any of the wraps were mine she just walked away. finally a guy from the back came up and asked again what I ordered and got my food. It was very chaotic. I completely understand rush hour but there’s no reason they needed to act like they could care less where my food is at. I felt like I should have just went back there and made it myself. This is the last time I will be going there, very unorganized and still had to wait 10min to get the food I ordered 20min ago. Read moreMy co-workers and I have TS for lunch occasionally so this wasn't my first trip to this location. We order online or through the app and it's usually ready when I get there. Sometimes it's the correct order and sometimes they haven't run out of watermelon or chips or jalapeno corn or etc. Today, the parking lot was FULL so I imagined they might be busy inside and they were. 10 people, including me, were all waiting to order or pick up. The drive through was slammed, too. There were at least four employees running around with their hair on fire trying to get orders out, one customer's order was messed up and they were trying to patiently get it fixed, there were smoothies stacked up at the drive-through waiting to be picked up, the register was out of paper so tickets weren't printing. It was a mAdHoUsE. But those ladies were working their tails off and trying to stay calm and get it done. Read moreThe food at this establishment is always delicious and the location is convenient. If not for those two factors I would never return. The customer service is lacking and the employees I have dealt with act like doing their job is an inconvenience. There is one employee that works at the window who is especially rude. I tell her I have a mobile order and she huffs and says what's the name and then shoves the food at me and closes the window. Last week I went through he drive thru and ordered when I got to the window she took my payment and shoved my food at me again then walked off and didnt say anything. Then a guy came up to the window and basically asked me why I was still sitting there. I told him I was waiting on a smoothie and he asked me what kind and then he went and made it.
