Edit: The first time this man responded to my review, he played the victim and said that "all black people do is tear each other down." Now he's come on here denying everything. Now I see why he got ran out of Birmingham. If I'm lying on you, how did I know that you believe in polygamy? How did I know that you've been to jail in the past? Didn't graduate from anywhere? How did I know that you used to work in Birmingham and you got ran out of there? How did I know that your wives are required to be vegan? How did I know that you used to verbally and psychologically abusive to women? I know these things because that's what you told me when you tried to hit on me. Nobody is slandering you. That's why you remember I have been to your establishment three times because I was trying to support a black business and instead of you being grateful, you're too busy trying to put black women in their place. Don't deny it now.
For any woman that goes to his establishment, simply ask him about relationships and what he believes in and he will repeat everything I just said in this post. ...
So the problem with this business owner is that he is delusional. He can't keep his own personal opinions about women to himself and people stopped supporting him and then he'll call them haters.
For example, he's currently looking for a wife. Well, several wives, but we'll get to that later. He'll start asking you questions about being vegan and all this when would he should be asking is if you were even interested in him to begin with. (His wives MUST be vegan.)
He called me selfish because I refuse to be a part of a polygamist structure that he believes in and then the next day, denied he ever said it. He used a falsified narrative about there being 9 women to every 1 man and I quickly corrected him, cited my source (the ABC Nightline expose that they did with Steve Harvey where they said it had to be men between the ages of 27 and 34 with a bachelor's degree who had never been to jail or prison. Otherwise, in African-American communities, it is 55% women and 45% men) so that very foundation that he uses to try to convince countless women to all be his girlfriend at one time was a complete falsity. (For the record, he never graduated from anywhere and he has been to jail so he's not even a part of the "one man" the show talked about.)
When I interrupted him to correct him on this, he told me that I am not to interrupt "a god." He literally said that to me. When he talked over me however, I told him that a god should not interrupt me. He said, "This is different. I have to interrupt you." He routinely likes to tell his female patrons what they have GOT to learn to do and then he'll rewind himself, correct himself out loud and say that we (black women) are grown adults. Again, this is something that he has to remind himself of.
He has told me his life story about how he psychologically and verbally abused women. I'm not sure why he's telling me that because I made a very clear to him that I've been single for 18 years and I have no intention on doing it any other way. When he wanted to know why and I told him, he then blamed for my negative experiences with black men on the grounds that I was attracting that type of element to me. Apparently, I use a Jedi mind trick to make disrespectful men approach me just like I guess his past exes made him psychologically abuse them. He told me that it must be something I'm doing wrong and I need to take a left instead of a right so I decided to take his advice. Instead of taking a right and going to his place of business, I will take a left and go somewhere else.
This is why he's losing all of his customers. He calls them haters, but the fact of the matter is that he can't stop putting his foot in his mouth and he has a very warped sense of reality and he's trying to find a woman dumb enough to fall for it. If this man had it his way, he would have a commune somewhere with countless women calling him a god and worshiping the ground he walks on as we walk 10 steps behind...
Read moreI did not have a great experience with Vegan Time today. I called my order in over the phone because I have a short lunch period. However, when I arrived 20 minutes later after placing my order, the person serving me was looking at his phone, and had not started cooking my food. He explained that he did this so that my food would be hot, but this was frustrating to me because I called it in over the phone to avoid the wait
Then after about 10 minutes of waiting in the sun, he finished and handed me my food. He did not mention over the phone that the sides were an added charge. Then my vegan "burger" looked nothing like a burger. it was served on white toasted bread, grease was dripping off of it, and the patty was crumbling. I am pretty dissatisfied with my experience, and will not be...
Read moreMy First Time eating here; I had a free moment. The style of food is based on an Alkaline Vegetarian Diet. Chef suggested the Lionsmane & Shitake mushroom’s with wild rice, Zucchini and Squash; which tasted Fantastic.
I was also given a sample of squash; which looked & tasted like candied yam’s. The flavor’s and texture’s appealed to my tastebud’s. Just so you understand, Chef work’s hard to make these meals from scratch…nothing is premade. So expect to pay the cost for such delicacy’s, and enjoy.
I was told there was NO MEAT on the truck, NOT in the food’s prepared. My apologies for not taking any picture’s, the food was...
