Up N Smoke - Vape Shop — Local services in Mobile

I shop at this location multiple times per week. Today, 7/21/25 I came in and whoever the woman they had working at the register’s attitude was so nasty. First, she didn’t speak at all but spoke to a woman that came in after me. There was only one thing that was different about me and the woman who came in after me….. So, that leads me to believe that you had an issue with how I look. Second, the register wasn’t working. I was patient because I completely understand when something is out of your control but the attitude she gave me because I wanted to check in so I could receive my points was crazy. She was huffin and puffin like she was mad I’m putting in my number. Girl, go home if you don’t want to be here. Lastly, I asked for a bag. She very rudely said that she didn’t have one. She should be glad I was in a great mood today and decided to be patient with her but please inform her that no every customer is not going to respond to her like I did today. I hate to give a bad review because I love this shop and I come a lot. The owner is super sweet. The older guy that sometimes works there is super cool. This is the perfect place to get robbed. If you've been working all week for low Pay, and even less respect, you should definitely give this place a go. It’s like stepping into a little piece of hell. Both times, I've been sold faulty vapes, and both times turned down in less than 24hrs of having there products. As you can tell I dont leave reviews, but when I do, I leave them pissed. The Indian lady that was in there was trying to tell me she was the one that sold them to me the night prior, then apologize when I called her on it on whom was working last night (not her) and laughed it off, ( her: O it was monday hahaha) wtheck?. She then proceeded to tell me, since I've left the store with the product that there are no refunds, I tried to ask for an exchange while she was cutting me off, so I threw them down and left the paperweights and my pride right there on the ground. I'm suppose to be quitting smoking, but I think it was way cheaper and way less stress than dealing with this China made junk, and store owners who could care less. My boyfriend and I come in this store often and honestly please go to literally any other location. The woman who tends to work in there, dark curly hair and quiet, is horrible at any type of customer service. This location is closest to my house and I understand bad days but she is nothing but rude to anyone I've brought in. New smokers or experienced. Some people I've brought in didn't know the name of certain and items or didn't see something because it's all so new and she talks to them like they are stupid. As if she is inconvenienced by her job. She never once has said hello when we come in to any customers. She does nothing but mean mug and have attitude. If I need help and can't go to the one person in the store, what's the point. Good for in and out,...
