Ok so my mom and I go in 30 mins before closing (fair enough. We weren't expecting 5 star restaurant service) but the staff looked tired as hell. The person that serves us resembles a dead fish only just brought back to life to serve us ice cream. This store was also extremely understocked and what stock they did have, wasn't impressive. I ordered a waffle bowl with blue cotton candy ice cream and marshmallows. He worked with it for 2 seconds (enough time to get the marshmallows barely incorporated) and put it in the extremely stale waffle bowl of white chocolate, the only kind they had left. My mom tried to order a milkshake but they didn't have the mix for it. Then she ordered a hot fudge brownie and they didn't have brownies and I guess the guy was hellbent on us being the last customers of the night so he said to my mother "why don't you just order a Sunday?" Came in today to rectify an omission made on my first visit. I signed up for the program on my first visit, gave the young man my receipt to scan, he said their scantron was not working and for me to give him my number which he typed in. I checked everyday for a week for an update and when there was none I decided to stop by the Schillinger Store to get it corrected. I asked to speak to a Manager. Was told by the young lady with the glasses that there was nothing they could do as told to her by the woman in the red shirt on the back line....
