The phone to customer service is literally disconnected, no other departments answer. I can't get a hold of anybody to even confirm if my daughter's formula is in stock. I've tried every extension and nobody answers except the pharmacy, which is a CVS, who put out an intercom page for customer service to please reconnect their phone (they didn't). It's very inconveniently located half an hour away on a traffic jam of a road.
They won't help you set up a registry at all and got rid of their in-store kiosk. They wanted me to download their store app, make a Target account, then make a baby registry account on the Target account on the app they expected me to download on my phone for them. Even visibly pregnant they will not give you a baby box or help with a baby registry.
I've never had problems with coupons or returns at Walmart like I have here. They've argued with me about every single coupon I've ever tried to use. For gift returns the Target policy is to give you a gift card for the lowest sales price the item was ever sold at. They have never offered a gift exchange here. I had unused Up&Up diapers gifted to me, very clearly Target brand, and they didn't want to issue an exchange for another size even because apparently they had changed their packaging between the time it was gifted and when I needed to exchange it a few months later. Once it was finally approved by a manager (whom you apparently cannot contact by phone), my daughter had a horrible bleeding rash and developed staph from their diapers.
They just make me angry any time I try to go here, and everything is...
Read moreWent to a target that is an hour from my home (that’s the nearest Target to me). Waited for 20 minutes in the crib section for assistance after asking multiple employees for help. Finally got assistance and asked for a specific crib and specific color. The employee was very sweet went and got the crib and brought it to the front. We followed behind and purchased the crib (assuming it was the correct type and color we asked for). The customer service employee was very nice in helping us load it and we drove an hour away thinking we were going to go home and put together our crib. We open the box and it’s the correct crib but in the wrong color. No biggie. We will drive up there and exchange it for the correct color. However, I remember the associate telling me they only had two left in the color I wanted at that store. I have called the store 5 times to get a hold of an associate to put back the correct color so I can exchange the crib. The call will ring until it hangs up. I have called corporate just to get assistance in having them put back the correct crib. It’s not a big deal that I received the wrong color it’s a big deal that I can not get assistance when I live...
Read moreThis place gets grosser each time I visit and I don’t understand why people are leaving reviews calling it clean. Ever since the Covid-implemented policy of not having workers stock shelves overnight, this place keeps getting worse and worse. Employees are too busy stocking in the middle of the day to keep anything clean and management doesn’t seem to care at all. I’m talking visibly disgusting floors with trash strewn about, messes on all of the shelves, trash in all of the carts, trash and actual roadkill in the parking lot, sticky crusty disgusting checkout counters and touch pads, random wet spots on the floor, and even debatably dangerous things like a leaky bottle of industrial cleaning solution on a shelf in the candy aisle and a bottle of bug spray inexplicably shoved amongst the eye care products. Don’t worry though, they keep a mammoth sized floor cleaning machine sitting in the aisle for weeks on end to give the appearance that they intend to clean up any minute now. I keep giving them chances and leaving more grossed out than the last time. I’m literally done giving chances at this...
