Customer Service is HORRIBLE !!!!

“Heather” and the other sales associate (skinny little girl w/ dark hair) stand around gossiping. Heather has a very smug attitude and disposition. They either are gossiping out loud about their personal matters or about customers while in-store. They only have a certain demographic of customers that they assist also. “Heather” addresses you in a condescending tone, if she’s asked a question or during checkout. At the end of checkout, she slides your items across the counter at you, doesn’t offer a bag. They both are highly unprofessional!! Heather also rarely wears professional attire. I’ve had several experiences with the same two and my shopping experience hasn’t improved.

They’re both liabilities for Sally’s corporation and this store...

The customer service sucks when certain people are working. I’ve noticed when the employees (such as the ones working today) don’t greet me, offer assistance, nor tell me to have a good day. Yet a customer walked in after me and received all of the above. Now I don’t know if it’s because I’m younger than the other customer or darker. 🤔 But being that it’s happened on more than one occasion, I choose the 2nd option. I wouldn’t come here if this wasn’t the only store that has the one item I need to DIY my nails. Other than that, I wouldn’t spend a dime to be treated less than by some teens and/or young adults. Also you might want to check the cameras on 1/11/23 around 3-3:30 pm because that’s suspicious to me for someone to be near the register with...

This is the best Sally that I have ever went to. The store is so organized and clean! The lady who assisted me was so well researched and helpful. I learned a lot and I have been doing my own hair for years with plenty of research and consntslty asking questions to the people who cut and color my hair professionally. She doesnt know this but I was having a rough day and she made it so much better. I highly recommend this store. New products. High quality products and brands that are...
