Called APED about a part, I drove here and commented about how APED had changed (remodel) Lady tried to charge me 48 bucks for a part I had just been quoted 28.99 for. Turns out APED moved, but the lady here just tried by not telling me different to steal a customer from APED. She lowered the price and I bought it, then she tells me APED moved downtown. The part she sold me, the Robert Shaw, is of a lower quality than the Norton part APED had on offer. I will never be back and I do not recommend this place unless it's a last resort. I order a part from them and was told if I purchased it before 2pm wednesday I would get it the next day. I called thursday twice and not finally after almost the end of the day they told me it was being sent out from somewhere else and it'll be friday or monday. Come Tuesday I called back and was told they haven't even sent it from there warehouse, now I was told I have to wait until friday. Great place, have been doing business with these people for years. My Fridge went out on me and I tried to DIY. Well glad the people here are honest. They had me bring in my part prior to ordering and it was good. They could have just said we'll order your part and charge me for it. It's an electrical part, so I would not be able to return it.
