Jeff and his wife (and his parents) run an AMAZING shop. He and his family will treat you like family. I have been going to Master's Touch for over a decade and consider them my (only) jewelry store. Once you experience their warmth, it should not surprise you that Jeff is actually the JEWELER'S jeweler... Countless other local jewelry shops bring THEIR custom work to Master's Touch. I often come in with a vague idea of what I'd like or what my wife wants, I sit down, talk it over & despite my clumsy terms and drawings Jeff and his team always seem to know the best way to make it happen. I have purchased numerous items from their displays, but the real magic is in the one of a kind pieces that Jeff and his father produce. Master's Touch created my wife's amazing engagement ring and wedding band, my wedding ring as well as several bracelets and necklaces and earrings from scratch. Jeff and his team are not there to sell you on the most expensive option either. I cannot remember how MANY times I've been talked OUT of spending more because Jeff knows how to do it better & for less. & they'll TELL you to save your money! I cannot recommend them enough, they are an amazing team. Honest, straightforward and meticulous in their trade, Master's Touch has been & will continue to be my one stop...

Yes, yes, yes!!!! Please take your business to these amazing folks. After calling over 10 written down jewelers to do ring sizing before flying out of town. They were the only JEWLLER who made an effort to resize my fiancé’s ring w/ throwing out crazy cash numbers per ring, & time frame was extremely fast. When I say extremely fast, It was quicker than I though one could be finished. Very knowledgeable, & willing to educate before touching any pieces you have. Will I go back..? You bet your bottom dollar! I’ll be back for some custom bezels, & other Jewller needs. I asked to pay more for a quicker turnaround, & out of the kindness of their heart. They kept me right where they quoted, & it would’ve costed me triple if not more to get exactly what I have received here. They way they made us feel, that is absolutely priceless. When it comes to Jewllers, not the is RARE. Bless you both & your local business. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone, we went to yelp to find a jeweler. We have several jewelry needs, first to have a family ring sized after a recent death. Seeing the many five star reviews for Valley Findings Jewelry we went in to see about the ring sizing. We were welcomed immediately with Valley Findings Jewelry staff. Everyone is very friendly, warm and extremely knowledgeable. We thought we knew what size we needed the ring sized, but they were very thorough and helped us realize the size we thought we needed was not the one that we actually needed. We knew immediately that we found our hometown jeweler! As we visited with Rhonda and Mike, we felt like we were meeting new friends! When we returned to pick up the family ring, it sized with precision and cleaned to a beautiful, sparkly perfection! We are so impressed with the kind staff, the great value, the quality of the work, that we immediately dropped off another piece of jewelry for some work! We look forward to many years of great experiences at Valley...
