Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Modesto

New review: I haven’t been back to this location after the supervisor on staff was incredibly rude to me. Essentially my drink was made with cream after asking for oat milk, and I came back for it to remade. After waiting over 5 minutes for the drink to be made I approached the window to ask what was happening. I was told it should just be a few minutes more. At that point I had places to be so I requested for my money back so I could just leave without my drink. When the supervisor approached the window she started to talk about how I should have driven thru the drive thru then coming to the walk up window. I stopped her to say I just wanted my money back. She said she knew and tried to continue telling me what I should have done. I interrupted her again to ask again for my money back. At this point the barista put my drink in front of the supervisor and she tells me here’s your drink. I stated I wanted my money back for a 4th time and that this drink was once again made with cream in in and I’m lactose intolerant. Supervisor finally proceeded to get my money but not before again obliging me to wait for a drink to be made for me and when I said no and walked away she called after me condescendingly to come get my drink that is finally correct. I called this in to corporate because beyond this i had witnessed this supervisor using the cold foam measuring cup as a microphone while I was waiting for this drink to begin with. Not sure how in a post COVID era that it is remotely appropriate to put this an inch from her unmasked mouth and then use it to measure customers cold foam for their drinks. So yeah, never been back.

LOTS OF VARIETY!!! They got everything from coffee to teas,sodas, energy drinks, and milkshakes! The energy drinks are fire and that's what I usually go for. I like that it aint a Starbucks too, even though the line is just as long. They do have 2 lanes for the drive thru which makes it move alot faster. I was in and out in no time! They only takeaway from this place for me is thr fact that they don't really have a full menu out there. The one they got gives minimal information about what they got. So you pretty much have to look online to see all the options. Other than that this place is good! Update: Last time I went here the service was not the best. Since they have a invisible menu I had a hard time explaining to the guy what kind of drink I wanted. Ended up getting a drink I didn't like. Also don't go for the white chocolate milkshake. I will forever be a supporter of this Dutch Bros, and all Dutch Bros in general. I came through tonight (11/16) with cash only since my entire purse was stolen a couple days ago and I had to cancel every card I own. I did not know they only take card, so I continued to place my order. When the awesome gentleman in the drive thru told me my total I asked if I could pay cash at the window. He informed me they only take card and I let out a groan because of everything that has happened I have no cards at all. He told me because of my hard times my drinks were taken care of.
