We put a bed on lay-away to commit it because there was only one left. Came back in 4 days later, paid it off, and set the delivery date. The night before the delivery, we find out we aren't getting it for another week because the one that was committed to us is now gone, and the 4 they were supposed to receive in a delivery didn't come. They offered to refund the delivery charge, which is nice, but a week later delivery is not going to work for us because of prior engagements. I've tried getting an earlier delivery date, but because we don't live in the Quad Cities, they won't do it. I shouldn't get penalized for not living in the QC, when it isn't my fault we didn't get it on the original date, as promised. So now, we're sleeping in a guest bedroom in our own house (because we took down our bed and moved it out of the way in anticipation of the delivery), and we have to find someone else to be at our house at the new delivery time since we can't be. Pilliows: The ONLY PLACE TO BUY YOUR PILLOWS!! DENVER MATTRESS PILLOWS ARE THE BOMB!!! They don't flatten like the polyester pillows from Walmart/Target etc. They last through kids, husband, and the wash!! (Several times!!) I bought 4 pillows in 2018.
