I recently had a huge project that I had been putting off for years where I needed new flooring and because of an excellent financing offer I decided now was the time. As soon as I walked in the door I was approached by my amazing salesperson, Meredith and with a lot of patience, she answered my questions and helped to make the process of selecting flooring from hundreds of samples much easier.

There were some unforeseen things that needed to be dealt with and I was apprehensive about such a huge project. I was able to talk to Scott, Carpetland’s manager, and get them resolved and he took a lot of time answering my questions and alleviating my fears and concerns about such a huge project.

During installation over a 4 day period, I watched in amazement the efficiency, precision and professional execution of my luxury final flooring, by Jamie, Cody and Freddy. They were so personable and Jamie communicated what was expected from day 1. They gave some good advice and you could tell there was a lot of knowledge and experience demonstrated throughout this process. What was even more exciting was being able to see how much these young men love what they do!

I can’t say enough how beautiful everything turned out! It was like I was looking at a work of art on what was an extremely challenging canvas. I am very pleased and happy that I trusted all of the professionals at Carpetland of Moline with what turned out to be a profoundly...

Donavan was so great to work with! My husband and I recently bought a home and were looking to take out the carpet that was in the living room, and match it to what we thought was LPV in our kitchen. When we were having trouble finding the right product Donavan came out to our house a few times to try to help! Turns out it was laminate in the kitchen and not LPV. Since we wanted LPV in the living room he was able to find a product to match as close as possible. We are very happy with it. He made the process so much easier and made sure we were taken care of. When there was a hiccup with the installation they were able to guide us in solving our problem and worked with us through it. Very happy with the customer service and work done here....

Had floor put in over two years ago.....just getting a request for review now??? Was told when I purchased the floor that there was free furniture moving and I had asked a couple of times where they were gonna start so I could drain my fish tank and was told to wait for the guys to get there and they would tell me. The day comes for the installation and the guys get there and said they couldn't do the floor because I wasn't ready.....even the some of the furniture had already been moved by myself....what?? On the bright side....the floor looks great for the most part....only had to have them come out and do...
