As a man who stands 6'2" and weighs 200 lbs I figure I'd order 2 large ala carte entree boxes. To my disappointment I did not get what I paid for. You see instead of filling the boxes all the way up the cashier informed me that I was being charged for the amount of pieces that go into the box. If that is the case then true advertising would state that I was being charged for the amount of pieces. Your restaurant isn't exactly cheap and I don't feel I got my money's worth at all. If Adding a few extra pieces to give the customer what they are paying for is breaking the bank then maybe you should not be in business. Prior to covid Panda Express was my go to for finding something with protein. As I am a very busy active contractor. After tonight's visit though. Myself and my colleagues do not feel very highly of our Friday trips to panda anymore. I hope that you take this message to heart as we as customers do not feel that our money is valued. Your stinginess showed that to us this evening. It's my hope that panda will reach out to their restaurants and make some changes. Until then myself and others we know that frequent there will be made aware of how unimportant people are to panda as customers. As an independent contractor, trust me when I say when properly marketed word of mouth travels...
Read moreWhen I heard a Panda Express was opening in town... It was like the gate of heaven were opening. They've been a staple in Hawaii where I grew up, for many year. Sadly every time I come to this location, it's a disappointment. My coworker and I ALWAYS end up sitting and waiting for 20mins because they don't have what we want for our bowls. Yes BOWLS, not even whole plates. The time of day is slow.... So who's eating all the food that you don't have one scoop for a bowl?!?! On top of that... Well there went our whole lunch break!!! So today after have about enough, I went in to find out why there's always a problem... The employee at the counter was extremely rude and had an attitude. Asking "Well do you want your food hot or cold?!" They were over there laughing like it was funny. I myself, don't find blatant diregard for one's time in the "fast" food industry to be funny Never in my life have I EVER had a problem at any other Panda Express. This is a problem that needs to be fixed.
Update: Received a call from the manger Josh apologizing, offering a free meal, and stated I could call in my orders for pick up. So I call a few days later to order lunch, I get told they don't accept phone orders. Screw it. Osaka's better and cheaper... And they ALWAYS...
Read moreI am not from the area, in town leisure with the family. We don’t have A panda express around the area where I live so I was excited to find one. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to go to Panda Express. When I got there to my surprise the lobby was closed and the line was extremely long for the drive-through. I was not in a hurry so I figured I would wait the kids had already had their McDonald’s and was eating it in the backseat. Unfortunately I had to wait in the drive-through for over 40 minutes and I didn’t mind the wait the kids however did but I understand the situation and the times and how shorthanded people are In the restaurant industry as I am a bartender and server apart from my full-time job my husband is also a shout so we can relate to the struggles. I was beyond grateful for the kind of service that the few employees gave me you know that they were stressed and tired but yet they still had a smile on their orders were accurate and the portions were great it was definitely worth the wait and the food was delicious. I just wanted to give a shout out to the hard-working team who is still pushing forward it is not easy. Thanks for being there for us so we can have the food that...
