Candy Craze — Local services in Monroe

Candy Craze, is nestle inside a relatively decent size mall. From the outside, you wouldn’t think this store would provide the exotic candy assortment. In addition, to the assortment of merchandise contain within; the staff and their manager is very knowledgeable. The understanding about the assortment of candy, and the types of candy products available for all age groups (including seniors). There are soft candy, fun candy, interesting and tasty candy, along with sugarless candy (for diabetics). Furthermore, their store is clean and well stocked. The Manager, she is friendly, always have a smile 😊, as if nothing bothers her. Her staff, follow the same mannerism of their leader. Overall, I would grade this store A- Neatness A Knowledge A Customer Service A Product Variety A *Location of Stores B * If there were stores in more locations, I would give it an overall A Please think about relocating stores to PNW...

Went in tonight 7/26 to get candy before movie. 1st - employee was messing on his phone, no greeting or acknowledgment. 2nd - nephew asked him where specific candy was, he pointed rudely like my nephew was bothering him, 3rd - EXTREMELY RUDE at checkout. Order was 5.00 & change, to which we gave 6.00 in ones. He counted $$, stated rudely "this is only 5.00". To which we said, "no its 6.00". He recounted $$, returned change, no apology, or thank you. Lots of selection, kind of expensive for 1/2lb bag of candy it's roughly $6. Was disappointed they didn't carry "UFO saucers" which is wafer candy with sprinkles inside. Cashier was friendly but was talking to a friend the whole time I was there. I got a jar of buttered popcorn jelly belly jelly beans and I was excited to have the chance to buy just that flavor.
