JCPenney — Local services in Monroe

First, the bathrooms are in need of attention. No TP, messy, and the water was very hot. While the good outweighed the bad, I hope both situations get attention.

Last week, i was with my niece getting her some school clothes. She has to wear uniform tops with plain jeans. She's 12 and in-between every size that's available. She's slim with some 'junk' in the right places. ;-) We'd spent an hour trying on jeans, even boy's jeans, in the youth, teen and women's departments to find the right length and fit. Kenedy in the Pecanland mall noticed our dilemma and said, "how can I help you?" We described the situation. She talked my niece for a few minutes and took her to the girls plus department, picked up a size smaller than she normally wears and asked my niece to try them. This was the sixth trip to the dressing room and you know how fun that is for a 12 year old. They FIT!!! We bought 5 pair of jeans, 2 shorts and 2 extra shirts. Thanks...

Unprofessional. Standing around congregating instead of asking customers if they need help. It has been a while since I actually bought anything from here because you can't ever find help. Circling around looking for registers or help locating an item. I ordered some items online but had to come back later to bring my elderly father in to get an anniversary and birthday gift for my mom. I will not be shopping at this location ever. I worked at this store for years. It's embarrassing shopping in here now. I completely understand why brick and mortar are shutting down. I hate it but if you make your customers feel like you are a bother or you don't acknowledge them, what is the point. Order online , pick up and have as little interaction as possible. Ladies have gamble of options.Shoes,bags, clutches,perfumes, comfortwear, shoes and flipfops,jewellery,kitchen utensils,linen, ties,wallets,mattresses, godiva toffees etc on large scale display.
