WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! Great jewelry- NEVER GOING TO THE MONROE STORE EVER AGAIN. My ring was sent out for repair, returned the the store, and NO ONE called to let me know. This is AFTER 3 phone calls to the store asking about the status of the ring, and every time I got the response âweâll call youâ. After WEEKS of waiting, I called again, and found out the ring had been at the store the whole time. When a manager was informed of this issue, she did not seem to care at all that someone didnât do their job. Instead of offering an apology, or any kind of explanation, she just said it âwasnât her faultâ and took no responsibility. Upon further questioning about the lack of responsibility of this manager, it turned out she wasnât even manager. Apparently they havenât had management since September. At this point I didnât care about the WEEKS of secretly holding the ring, now i just wanted it back. Video and photo evidence of the âmanagerâ refusing to give me a ring that had already been paid for, and then SHE PUT IT ON!!!! Photo evidence included of the employee walking around wearing the ring instead of returning it to the owner. Video evidence of her saying âyou were rude firstâ when I told her that her customer service is unacceptable as a manager. She said she would âmatch the energyâ of an upset customer. This is NOT customer service. Holding an expensive piece of jewelry hostage is disgusting. This manager should be FIRED for her attitude and lack of responsibility!! Ps. This manager didnât have a name tag, or professional clothing on, so Iâm curious if she is even an employee.
Kayâs Jewelry, I am so disappointed in the employees you have chosen to represent your company. My family has been loyal to your company for ALL of our jewelry for...
Read moreI wouldnât give Kay Jewelers any stars. They have ruined my credit because an employee messed up my return. The jewelry was returned. I was refunded my original payment. They didnât input the correct amount to zero out the account thus showing I owed three dollars. They materialized 213 out of that 3 dollars from the original incorrect transaction. They fixed it in their system, but not with the creditor. The creditor placed my materialized debt into corrections. When you speak with the store they ask you to call the credit company. When you speak with the credit company they advise you that the store made the error and they must fix it in person. I have documented proof I owe Kay Jewelers 0.00 printed and approved by a manager from this store. They are unable to solve issues they cause, and the creditors they work with do NOT care. Unless you are speaking with a manager the employees have little to no knowledge of how to work the register or navigate your credit information. I should have known something wasnât right when my cashier didnât know how to return the item and had to try three times before calling over a manager. 0/100. Do not get a credit card because they will create debt even if you donât have it. And lastly, I returned the earrings because they were fake. The metal included nickel which I am highly allergic to, after being reassured that it does not contain it. I was already a very unhappy customer when returning the jewelry due to the allergic reaction it caused. Now, I will never purchase another item from...
Read moreUnfortunately Iâve had many dealings with the Kayâs at the pecanland mall for issues or missing stones concerning my disneys nightmare before Christmas ring. I wanted to take a second and give credit where itâs very much so due because to be honest, sheâs the only reason I still do business with Kayâs today. Ms. Alaina has been there to help me since the day we purchased my ring, and she has gone above and beyond every single time to make sure every one of our needs were met and we were satisfied with the outcome. I visit the store either for another service appointment or routine maintenance and the only person Iâm there to see is her every time. She has single handily made our experience with Kayâs a pleasant one, and weâre so grateful for her and all she...
