Arrived around 8ish on a Tuesday evening, there was no wait time so we were estatic. However there was only a small section opened and very few people there which was odd, but we soon discovered why there was so few people there. The waitress was not only our waitress but also our hostess, she was very duranged and didn't even know what dressing came with a ceasar salad. Then my two aquaintances and I asked about the 3 entree meals for $22.99 and the waitress/hostess explained to us that all three meals came with two sides, we were once again estatic. After we ordered we waited patiently for our red lobster biscuits which is what red lobster is well known for. 20 minutes later we had to seperate from our dining table to ask politely for the biscuits we have so patiently waited for. Finally at 8:45 we got our biscuits many minutes later came our $22.99 meals along with my burnt medium rare steak Then around 9:15 we once again seperated from our dining table to politely ask for our checks. Then the total was $51.96 for our three entrees of $22.99 we were very bewildered. After lots of confusion with the dillusional waitress/hostess she brings out her manager who explains the waitress/hostess incorrectly informed us on our order and we got all three individual meals. After this confusing the manager most graciously gives us $5 off our $51.96 ticket by charging us seperatly for all our sides except one salad which was the $5 because it came with the $22.99 meal set which comes with ONLY ONE side. I do not recomment this red lobster by any means and never plan on going...
Read moreWe paid well over $100 for mediocre food. We went especially for the rolls. We had to ask for them after 15 minutes of being there. It took almost an hour to get food. During this time, we were made to feel like we shouldn’t be there by remarks about how much more everything we were ordering would cost. Then the waitress fell through a window. The other wait staff didn’t help her. I left my table to assist the waitress who was cut from the glass. Another customer had to open a nearby emergency exit to make sure there was no glass that was in the waitress anywhere else. No one in the place could get the alarm to stop going off after that. We sat there with no food, feeling like we didn’t belong, with a cold draft blowing on us through the broken window, while listening to a loud alarm for around 10 minutes. THEN, after they got it off, a waiter came by and asked if he should clear our table. Like no, we haven’t even got our food!!So he was kind enough to go find our food and serve us. After eating, I took my baby to the bathroom and what did I find? The dang bloody napkin I had wrapped the waitress’ hand in laying on the counter....
Read moreThe waiter and cook were nice! The food tasted good. However, The Admiral feast is far from a feast. The fish and shrimp are smaller, not the same size or quality that we got a few years ago. My husband was very disappointed. He won't go back to the Monroe Louisiana location for sure. I ordered the sesame-soy salmon bowl. In the menu, the sides listed are crispy Brussel sprouts, orzo rice, edamame, crispy onions, and sesame dressing, spring mix. What I received was the rice, a few iceberg lettuce chopped with a blob of something on top. Instead of bussel sprouts, it was broccoli chunks fried, which were good. When you order off the menu, you expect the food to be as described. If you are out of something, send the waiter back out to inform the customer and offer a substitute. Don't just put it on their plate without asking if they want it. I happen to like broccoli, but not everyone does. I asked the cook when he stopped by the table and asked if everything was good, why the broccoli instead of Brussels sprouts. He said they haven't sent us broccoli in over two months. We paid too much money to be disappointed, plus we drove 50 miles from home...
