He (GROOM) put a ladies bridal set and a men wedding bands on layaway for $550.00 in May 2017. Then on May 16, 2017 we paid off the balance for $225.00. Then on June 14, 2017 two of the stones fell out. So I took it back and ask could she fix it and she said yes for $40.00 and i said it's not 30 days so it should be fixed for free. I asked to speak to the owner she said the owner is out of town. So I left the ring waiting on the boss to return so I could get it fix for free. Every time I called he's never in. I called on 7/17/2017 and she said he's not in call back at 1:00 pm. I call back she said he's their but he walked somewhere in the mail to get some water. So the groom went to the store 7/17/2017 and talked to the owner about the ring and he said it's free to get fixed but it wasn't fixed yet. He said come back 7/21/2017 it will be ready because he had to send it off. Picked the ring up on 7/21/2017 and on 7/23/2017 the same stones fell out again. Took the ring back to the store on 7/23/2017 and the lady said the boss not in and come back Monday 7/24/2017 and she didn't take the ring. So i feel like they're scamming me out my money. I'm going to take the ring back on 7/24/2017 and if the boss not in. I'm going to take it to the next level. They could give me my money back are let me pick out something that's equal value.
