Sbarro Pecanland — Restaurant in Monroe

I've eaten at this specific Sbarro since I was a little girl. The pizza was always fresh and I was always greeted with a smile. Today I walked up to a display of freshly made pizza and asked for a slice of pepperoni but instead of fixing me a slice of the fresh pizza, the manager turns around to the counter behind her and proceeds to grab a piece of old pizza that looked as if it had been sitting there for hours. I said no ma'am I want a piece of this fresh pizza. She tells me she serves this other first and refuses to get the slice from the pizza I asked for. I tell her that I don't want that old piece of pizza and then she tries to tell me it's "fresher" than what I was asking for. I said ma'am that pizza is old and if I can't have what I want, then I will take my business elsewhere. So I did. WONT BE BACK! Pretty sad when management shows employees it's ok to be rude...

My daughter and visited sbarro in pecanland mall order a large pie I asked the cashier to make sure the pie was well done when the pizza pie came out the vegetables and the meat was still raw when my daughter asked the cashier about putting the pizza back in the oven she said no my daughter asked why the cashier became irate and began to yell I defused the situation and talked to the manager she agreed to make a new pie and it came out the same way she refused to refund my money then refused to talk about the problem of this raw under cooked food if this is how your company does business we will never recommend your company or do business with you again and will encourage others to do the same thank you in advance for your attention...

I just got pizza at Pecandland mall. They put it in the oven to heat up and when I went to eat it it was still cold and the crust was hard as a brick. I asked if they had fresher pizza so I could get a different slice but they said it is all made at the same time. So im assuming they make it once in the morning and then by later in the day your eating old pizza. All they were able to do was heat it up again. The pizza crust was still hard and the pizza cheese was soggy. I will not be coming here again. The pizza...
