Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Monroe

At least 4 times a month, if not more, I treat my daughter and myself to a movie and Chic Fil A. This past Tuesday was Election Day so my plan was no different. To eat then a movie. I ordered our meal and tell the cashier, who was a manager, how many sauces I wanted to be told anything over 3 sauces would be an additional charge. This didn’t sit well with me as my meal was almost $20 for two combo’s and I planned after the movie to return and purchase ice cream. I canceled the entire order and went to the West Monroe location ordered the same 2 combos (nothing different) and there was a price decrease of $1.96 and no up charge for sauces. I have spent quite a bit at your establishment and I have truly considered never going back because I was so annoyed by the entire experience. Who charges for sauces that will be used? One of my favorite fast food chains. Kuddos to this restaurant for having the staffing and the efficiency of customer service all figured out. I literally ordered, paid for food, my order was double checked, condiments handed out, and received food all in drive thru in less than 5 minutes with cars bumper to bumper in two rows merging together. The food was good. This location is one of the BEST CFA locations in Georgia ( I have traveled all over this state) . However, I could tell that part of my waffle fries were freshly cooked and some were cooked earlier. They were busy, but attentive. However, the usual smiling faces were more focused on the "hustle" rather than on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
