This place is kind of a disappointment. To begin the girl didn't ask for my name and I thought that's something they was supposed to do. She didn't give me my receipt. It took I know about 10 minutes for me to get my food . ALL of the workers acted so confused ! The girl forgot what I had ordered along with many others . What I don't understand is why aren't the wings cooked fresh? The manager (which really need a lesson in customer service she's always short and very rude) but I don't understand why she refuses to cook the wings fresh and insist on REFRYING them. She literally told me on a Tuesday that she cooked them this morning and reheats them because she gotta be ready? But be ready for what? The mall is dead and it's a Tuesday. I was turned away along with many others and told that the register didn’t work but watched them all makeing sandwiches for themselves. The cashier looked at me as if I was a inconvenience to her and said “Our register down” with no apology for waiting ten minutes to tell us that.
