Diamond Designs came highly recommended to me by my best friend and her family. My engagement ring was purchased online from a different store and was too small. I was nervous about getting it resized because I’ve heard stories about big box stores losing jewelry. John and his associate assured me that everything is done in-house and they never send anything out of their store. I dropped my engagement ring off at noon and they called me at 4:30 the same day to let me know it was done!
