Evergreen Speedway — Local services in Monroe

I’ll be completely honest I loved the speedway for the 4th. The only thing I had an issue with was the food staff, I was at the counter with my boyfriend we were about to finish paying. Let’s just say if the staff would have given us like 40 seconds we would have been done and out of the way. Instead My boyfriend and I were looked at by the gentleman with long blonde hair and told to step aside so he could take the next customers order. Now you may be thinking god where is this lady going. I wouldn’t have had an issue with him just asking us to step to the side if he was actually nice about it. Instead we were looked, and told “You need to move, so I can take the next customers order.” 1. I was standing at a point in the counter where there was no register, it was an empty space. You should teach your employees to not rush your customers especially when they are legit almost done. I get it it’s a holiday, I know why it’s like working on a holiday but that still does not give you the right to disrespect customers who were nothing but respectful even when you were...

Monroe Speedway for the anytime but especially the Forth Of July IMO is the best time in Snohomish County!! The staff, the Food, and the events are Truly All Fantastically Amazing!! Forth the Forth the races are all exciting and thrilling! Figure 8 boat and School Bus races are unforgettable! The firework Display is unmatched for all of Snohomish County! If you want to have fun like you used to prior the No bag rule due to criminal activity where you can bring a bag for all your items they allow that. I don't think there is another venue around that still let's you bring a bag in. Just no alcohol and fireworks!! Monroe Speedway you guys are the best around Thank You!! One final note traffic getting out after the event is a bear maybe 20 minutes but Seattle is close to 5 hours the last time which was the LAST TIME we will ever go! Evergreen is one of my favorite places in the summer, especially for the demolition derbies. Definitely buy tickets ahead of time online and have them on your phone, if possible. This will allow you to bypass lines that sometimes take half an hour to get through. On popular nights, the grandstands fill up quickly, so arriving early to pick your seats is recommended. Food prices are average for sporting events, and ticket prices are reasonable. Free or discounted for military is also great! The benches are hard plank, so I recommend bringing a seat cushion.
