Wingstop — Restaurant in Monroe

This food was so good and tasted even better. We got there and there was nobody we were the only ones. And we order our food. We bought food for 4 people and it costed $153.50 bit the food was good. The only bad thing is that we waited 50+ minutes for our food. So when we finally got our drink cups I went over to fill it up. I put sprite in a cup for my sister and filled it to full so I drank some. I could you not I almost vomited 🤮 it tasted like dawn dish soap and mold. So I tell them about this and they shrug and say it's probably my taste buds. So I let my dad try abd he spit it on the floor (we cleaned it) so than I remeber seeing a video on youtube of people putting napkins in the soda dispensers and obviously it's fake... right??? Well no I decide to do it myself and in the sprite I found hair, mold and things I can't describe so I do that to all of them and every single one has mold and I show it to the person. And they say "we will clean it out after closing" and the worste part is they dont even close it off. So we get our food and its actually good. But I don't know when they cleaned out the oil last. So I wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't care about possibly deadly disease...

We got tenders and fries a couple months ago. Both were good, but Website really sucks to use, so slow and frustrating arrived to pick up food, stood there for several minutes waiting for staff to look my way and give me my bag of food that was done and ready for me

Tried to order for pickup today. They called me after my order was in, to let me know they don't have any chicken tenders. Not really acceptable for a chicken place to run out of tenders at 10am in the morning. They asked if I wanted something in its place like boneless wings, but they were offering to replace it with a cheaper option while keeping the full amount I paid. I asked them to just give me what I paid for in boneless wings but they couldn't seem to figure it out, so we ended up just canceling and going to subway.

Also, they offered an order of fries for free if I filled out a survey the first time we ate here. I spent time filling it out and submitted it, but never got a code or anything for the fries.

Besides some decent food, these guys are struggling to get...

I've had Wingstop in over 10 states. Most are very consistent. However, this location is one of the worst. I figured "new store issues". I'll give them a few months. Well months later and it only seems worse. Every order has missing items! I have to either check every single container before leaving or I arrive home missing stuff. The orders are also NEVER done correctly, when someone orders only carrots it usually means they don't like celery but hey, thanks for ignoring that only part EVERY ORDER.

They are extremely skimpy on the veggies, most other locations give you twice as many. Same with the sauce. I love Wingstop because of the sauce. I expect my bag to drip (that's normal at every other location except this one). Every flavor is dry and lacking enough sauce.

Now instead of taking all the negative reviews and FIXING the issues at this location, they continue to ignore the customers and deliver subpar food.

Looks like we'll be driving back to Bellevue for...
