Tokyo Teriyaki & Wok — Restaurant in Monroe

Tonight I'm killing a bit of time and thought I would try this teriyaki place out this evening. I parked up front as the restaurant from outside didn't look at all busy. They do have a couple disabled parking spots up front. With accessible way to get up from parking stalls. As I walked through the door the cashier looked up, made eye contact, smiled and said Hi to me. Very inviting. The place was clean, no food or dishes on tables from previous customers. So many decisions to choose from. I like both teriyaki and sushi. I finally decided to order T3 Pork teriyaki/Spicy Pk comes with rice and salad $10.95/$11.95. I sat down and waited for my food. It didn't take long at all. The cashier lady/waitress brought my food to my table. It was 2 heaping mounds of rice, big slices of teriyaki pork and a green salad. I was thankful to compose myself enough to take a picture. Talk about very flavorful. The pork was not dry and had some perfectly nice charred pieces. Absolutely delicious. I did over hear as I was sitting and eating. A lady came in shortly after me, she ordered a vegetarian yakisoba, and gyoza. She as well had young children. She used the chair risers for 1 of them. The bathroom was clean and hot water and soap was It was close to closing, 9pm. So I boxed up my food and the cashier again told me to have a great evening. I will be coming back to this establishment. I will also be bringing my Husband and friends back here to have...

Just wow wow wow, Little mom and pop restaurant. The dad is in the back cooking, while the mom handles the front (orders, calls, etc)

We ordered To-Go 2 tonkatsu ramen 2 super philly rolls 1 Washington roll 1 8pc gyoza

May I start by saying, I am so relieved to have this delicious ramen SO close by to us!!! The broth was incredible and flavorful, (piping hot when we got it home (ramen, meat, and egg was packed together, separate from the broth)

When you open the togo container with the broth, they have the broth off-set by a bit, so that all your ramen noodles can fit inside when you put it together and it wont overflow.

The food was ready quickly, the salmon on the rolls were SO tender, gyoza was yummy, portions were just right. I mean, I really couldn’t ask for more.

I will definitely be a regular here since discovering this little spot tonight. Completely full and happy....

i never leave reviews - if i have bad service - i just leave it as it - but this was a horrible experience and such poor service - i had to go in 3 times go get my order right. went in requesting my food a specific way - completely messed up. i took it back and gave them another chance - they forgot soy sauce for my sushi. i went back a 3rd time to pick it up and when i got back to work to eat my food - my sushi was warm and at room temperature - i called back for my money back and got hung up on. i then got yelled at on the phone and they said if i don't bring the food back for the 4TH TIME i can't get my money back - then i was yelled at to never call again and to not come back. i will never go back to a place of business with customer service so horrible - the customer is always right and you should not serve warm raw fish to a customer when you've messed up their order 3 times already....
