Very nice store that reminded me of our local Grange co-op. We were staying at the fairgrounds across the street for a building project and I went to this store because we were traveling with our dog. They had my regular brand of dog food, and other necessities I needed to keep our travel with the puppy smooth and happy. Staff was friendly and the store front was inviting with ample parking. I didn't need a lot of my regular stuff on this trip, stuff like chicken feed, plant starts, hoses etc. But I think this place probably has all that and more. If I lived in the area I'm sure I would definitely join! Franny the pup thanks you Monroe Co-op!

Have done business with the co-op for many years. We had a very loud rooster and one of our neighbors didn't like it so we donated this awesome bird to go to another home. Sad he's gone but it is much quieter. So glad the co-op allows us to drop him off.

I was able to buy a basin for my baby's bath here)). It's oval, not round, and fits in the bathtub. My baby really likes to bathe in it. And the little toys - replicas of live animals - are our favorite toys.

Our experiences here have been really hit and miss. Sometimes when we go in to find something, we'll find it or get it put in the truck no problem. But there are other times where we'll ask about an item and they say they have it in stock, only to find it's not there when we arrive.

This happened most recently when we asked for four large sacks of oyster shell. Over the phone, they said they had it, I paid for them and asked them to hold the bags, and then when we arrived to pick them up (a few hours later), only one of the bags was available - they apparently sold the other three, so we had to get a refund and have only one bag to keep our ducks going. We had the same problem last year finding pig starter feed - we had to go to the Snohomish Co-Op to get what we needed.

(UPDATE) I spoke with Mike, and he was very kind and promised to take action on these issues. He also hooked us up with the oyster shell we needed, which I...

Always super friendly and helpful staff. They have an impressive selection of stuff, including a huge warehouse full of their own high-quality feeds. They're competitive both with their prices and their range (often after spending hours researching a particular brand or book online, I'll discover the exact same thing - but cheaper - in their store).

During chick season they have a constantly changing selection of breeds - from standard/popular breeds through to unusual and rare finds. They are also responsible with their chick stocks and don't over-order like some big-name chain farm stores do.

The membership program has changed in late 2022 and they might still be working out some kinks.

This and partner SnohoCoOp, they are both important parts of the region for any acreage management, fencing, livestock feeders, specialty foods, HIGH QUALITY BOOTS , etc. Sometimes there are Seconds for various infrastructure building materials. You can refill bother PROPANE AND NON ETHONOL GAS and even race fuel at SnohoCoOp and this Monroe has PROPANE only, but unbeatable prices.

In fact, one case of stopping at Everett CoOp on river, to buy propane. The employee at EvCoOp told me, ' YOU HAVE FOUR TANKS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FILL AT SNOHO OR MONROE COOP! ' Another case, in Marysville CoOp , they also made references to TRYING TO FIND at MonroeSnohoCoOp!!!

Even other CoOp employees come to MonroeSnoho INSTEAD of buying propane at their...
