Very simple we sent them the money or leave an envelope at the door grab your package and you go. But I went to the store last week and the customer service was on point . There was a nice young gentleman with medium hair. I would say very respectful and very helpful honestly and he’s good at up selling. I have met this family of 5 and watch each one grow into this company, they treat you like family. On Dec 5 2024 my house burt down and they were there to open the doors on there off days and gave me anything that I needed to start fresh. For Christmas i didn't even have a tree the family gave me a tree to have Christmas in my yard. Their prices are great, there return policy is awesome and will work with you in anyway they can. The family runs the business the kids are in college and work for the paycheck. The building is clean and fresh every time you walk in you are welcome with open arms. I like thrifting as I always find some great/amazing items for an amazing price! I often visit the GoodWill in Telegraph at least twice a month and this week when I wasn’t lucky enough to find a treasure there my eyes landed on this store.
