Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Monroe

I went to the store to get an upgrade on an older LG phone. There was only one sales associate on the sales floor when I arrived. There were three customers ahead of me needing various services. The dales associate greeted me and said he would assist me shortly. He assisted the customers quickly and began to assist me. I indicated I was there to upgrade a LG phone that was about two years old. I had looked at the phones on display and found several that I thought met my needs. After I explained what I thought I needed for memory storage the associate said that my plan include free storage in the cloud using google 1. I realized that this plan feature would solve my phone memory need. He also explained that the new phones offer mote operating memory than my current phone had. I tunderstood that I could upgrade to any of the newer phoned without requiring a lot of storage or ram operating memory. This meant I could upgrade to a less expensive phone. Went to get my phone number transferred to a new phone and they wanted $45. I was blown away. The store I usually go to said free, but I was in Mnroe. So I sat in their parking lot, called Metro, told them what they said. Metro said that was ridiculous and that they only charge $25, but if I wanted them to walk me through it, they'd teach me how for free. What the people in the store didn't know was I was looking for another new phone too. They lost a lot of business that day. The person who WAS a loyal customer that took me their, will no longer go back again and neither will I. Plus with word of mouth, they've lost other customers too. Do better. Stop ripping...

So I'm no longer a metro customer but my mom is. She can't get around very well so I went to pay her bill. I was at the store before closing not much before but I still had a good 3-5 min. Well as soon as I pulled in this little pudwhacker immediately locked the door. Didnt even bother to ask me if it was something quick like paying a bill. Because thats all I had to do now her phone is going to be shutoff. I hate dealing with you people you are always so unprofessional and rude. Just to let You know you're about to lose a whole lot...
