My mom and I ordered dresses from their website for my brother's wedding and they were on sale. We used the measuring guide and ordered appropriately. When the dresses arrived, my mom's dress was not the color advertised and completely washed out her skin tone and my dress did not fit at all. The waist is super tight and the chest/top area is about 3 sizes too big. Apparently their return policy is that sale items are final, no exchanges and no returns no matter what. This was never explicitly stated anywhere when making the purchase. It's only in the fine print if you read their policies when you check the box. These dresses are hundreds of dollars even on sale. I have never seen such terrible customer service or consideration for the customer in my life. If they really cared about the customer, the final sale notice would be plastered everywhere BEFORE you made the purchase. This company clearly only cares about taking your money. If you’re not an adult waking in with a credit card out ready to buy before even trying on- you might as well not go in. I would give 0 stars if I had the option. Treated my daughter like absolute garbage. Due to my demanding work schedule- I gave my daughter my credit card to go look and possibly purchase a prom dress. I told her she couldn’t purchase one until she sent me pictures of it on. She found a dress she liked & called me. I told her to try it on, send me pictures and she can purchase if we decide it was the right one. She asked the worker to try it on and was questioned “well are you buying it?”…Well how would she know that until she tried it on? Worker was extremely rude, refused to let her try it on. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store throughout my child’s high-school dances. I will never purchase anything from this store ever again and will continue to share the utter disrespect and judgement this...

We drove down from Erie to find a dress for homecoming. My daughter goes to a big school and I didn't want her to end up with the same dress as someone else. We looked up a few places on google and stumbled upon this place. They had such a great selection of really beautiful dresses. She tried on a few and really they all looked so good. The 2 ladies working were amazing and so helpful! The dresses were so reasonably priced too for what great quality they are. I think we will be back in the future for more dresses....
