From 5/12/18--To start off my original rating would have been five stars until today. I have made several purchases from this store and they seemed cool and do excellent work however, when I went in with my daughter the other day(5/10/18)with a design she made on their website...they told her that they couldn't do it because they were too busy which I understood because there were only two employees and they had a lot of orders. The guy we dealt with kept stressing to do the sweatshirt online and order it, which they have never told us AT ALL since we have been having shirts made here. He then told us to come back the next day(5/11/18) and he could go over what she wanted on her shirt. When we came back the next day(5/11/18) yet again he asked my daughter if she did the order online and she told them no because we wanted to make sure it was done just as we needed it to be. As a line of people began to form, they told her she had to send the pictures of the design she made on their site to their email from my phone. And then the guy we dealt with stated that she was making him do double work. So as he was going over the design, it was starting to get really busy...another worker came over and seemed to be rushing my daughter out and saying to give them our number and they would call back when it was done. We called after 6pm today to check status and were told the sweatshirt wasn't finished and when I asked how much would it cost... I was told $130.00!!! He told me it was because there were three colors being put on it. Now mind you, my daughter got a sweatshirt a week or so ago that has multiple colors with artwork on the front, back and down both sleeves...we were only charged 65$ for that. And she has had hoodies made, the first was 70$, then 60$ and the last one was 75$. I will not be giving my service to this Sameday located at the Monroeville Mall ever again. And if items are charged by the colors now, it needs to be stated on the website and in store(did not see anything stating that). It also says on the site that they will match lower prices that are identical to what you want. Oh, I almost forgot...when my daughter did the design online which is exactly as what she sent to the guy in the store, the price was $59.19!!! Wow!! Seriously?!! Not happy. My two cents...Update- Since 8/2018 we make our own...

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD! LIED and told me they had youth hoodies in my daughter's size. Then when I got there, he acted as if them not having it wasnt a big deal. Why say yes if you can't take 3 steps around a counter to check. LAZY. Never apologized for his telling me they had the size i was looking for. ARROGANT. At this point I'm thinking I have nowhere else to go so just get through it. There's always a Google review! The cashier then tells me all of the shirts are 20.00. When it was time to check out, the adult 2x and 3x were 25.00. The issue is not that the price was more. I get it, more fabric more money. The real problem is that the manager was listening in the entire time. NOT ONCE did step in and attempt to assist me or apologize for any of it. He supported and COSIGNED the unprofessional conduct. He seemed offended when I asked why he was listening and never one time did he step in to AT LEAST correct the incorrect quote. He thought I was accusing him of trying to rip me off, but as I stated to him, I am a business woman and if he is too then he would understand my not wanting to throw money away. First, he said I was having a bad day. CONDESCENDING. I do not need a man to comment on whether he thinks I am having a bad day. It's giving CHAUVINIST. And to top it all off, he spent the rest of the time I was there scoffing at my attempt at reasoning with him. In the back continuously whispering business woman. I'm sorry he doesn't know any, but he met one today!! DOES ANYONE WANT TO BE QUOTED ONE THING AND THEN GET ANOTHER PRICE WHEN THEY GO TO CHECK OUT?? IS IT JUST ME WHO THINKS THIS IS BAD BUSINESS?? Anyway, I will use them (send a friend to get my crafts made) only bc they are a means to an end, but I will never be around that DISRESPECTFUL energy again. UPDATE: SINCE THIS POST WAS MADE, I HAVE HAD SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT. PLEASE KNOW THAT IF THIS IS RETRIBUTION, I WILL PROVE IT AND PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST...

I went to the store at north riverside mall. I told the guy working there about I coulndt figure out how to finish designing the t shirt on your website. He was not helpful. When i was trying to show him. He was more occupied on computer. It was bot busy. There was another customer. And another woman employee was helping the customer. The guy kept telling me he doesnt know what im.trying to do that i have to send it. So that he can design it. My question is, why couldnt he just start designing it there and just ask me the details?? This halpened few months ago. So i just said forget it. But since i recieved this email, i decided to get this off my chest. I could go back and buy a shirt just to get his name if you want to know the employee that was not...
