The customer service in this store is awesome. Everyone is so nice, professional and prompt. Sometimes there is a line, but the employees pitch in and get it moving pretty quickly. I have shipped many things, I have brought documents in to be shredded, and I also drop off Amazon packages, and yearly I get forms notarized at this UPS Store. I am so glad to have a UPS store so close to home. I see reviews where people complain about prices - shipping prices are what they are, you can go to USPS, but you won't know when your package arrives - they might tell you it arrived even when it did not. I can't afford a $10K-$15K printer, so I don't mind paying $2 per per page occasionally - It is not often that you need something printed. I am also very happy with our UPS drivers - they have handled my packages better than Fedex, better than USPS, better than the Amazon...

I recently had a death in the family and wanted to make a special printout to add pictures and text messages for the family. It was late when I had this brainstorm! Bless Melissaās heart for being caught in the middle of my brainstorm at the very last minute. She went above and beyond, even staying over to get it done the same day, since we were leaving the next morning for our 500 mile trip to lay our very special Uncle to rest. Immediately upon picking up the phone the manager said āI tend to believe my employed that you dropped this off after the driver came,ā first off? I was not even upset until he said that as though ā¦āhe tends not to believe the customerā like I am definitely a liar before I even got to explain my issue. If that same employee had said āyou know this 10:30 am delivery for tomorrow not likely to make it because the driver already picked up?ā That would be one thing but also I DROPPED THE Package before 6:00 which I have proof?? So really they forgot to give it to the driver!!!...
