EDIT... I need to edit my review from 5 stars , which she had me do in the store to NO stars! I've been a tmobil customer 10 plus years and I've never been lied to and cheated like I have at this store! I needed to add my son to my plan, she told me with the current promotion it was cheaper to add 3 lines instead of 1 line. So of course I did, then she gave me a android and iPhone for 2 of the lines and both of these were promotional phones, is what she said! When I came back the next day saying they were charging me according to my account she said no they aren't it takes awhile not to show up on my bill.. Wrong! I called the customer service line and they told me I was basically lied to for a sale..I went back in and spoke to another representative (jamie I think) because my original representative (Marrianny) wouldn't return my calls and he said I'll get with the manager and have them return your call. That never happened!! So my 85$ a month bill, before adding any line is now almost 200$ I'm paying for the phones I don't need and would never have gotten!! Lies for sale! I'll be moving to a new company soon, 20 plus years with T-Mobile! That's horrible!

I also want to give a special shoutout to Drew Medina, a who helped me with my recent upgrade. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their excellent service really made a difference, and I truly appreciate their help. The customer service has been outstanding, always responsive and helpful with any questions I've had. The network coverage is excellent, even in areas where I used to have trouble with my previous provider. The plans are reasonably priced and offer great value for the features included.
