I was asked to leave and not come back to this location, but regardless I would never choose to come back as the service is nonexistent. At least 5 employees sitting around doing nothing with zero customers yet they all absolutely refused to help me with my issue and just told me to call Verizon customer service instead of actually assisting me, which lead to 45 minutes on the phone with someone who barely spoke English.
I returned a phone for a credit towards a new phone that had already been purchased. 5 minutes later I receive an email of an "adjustment" of -$900 towards my credit even though the phone was in perfect working condition with no screen, battery, or water damage. Luckily I was able to get it sorted out later on, and turns out it was the incompetent employees who refused to help me who caused the issue in the first place.
2 weeks prior to that, we exchanged a defective phone that had just been purchased, and they charged my wife $20 dollars extra to warranty out a phone we had just purchased that did not function correctly. They could not even explain the reasoning for the charge, only said that it was a tax. On a phone we had already paid the full taxes up front on. Once again, a long call to customer service sorted this out and determined it was in fact an invalid charge.
I realize almost everyone is lazy these days, but do better, Verizon. Train employees to actually do a job instead of paying them...
Read moreNot helpful at all. We came at 10:05 hoping to get help on my husbands phone. Since we pay EXTRA for the insurance on the phone we should be able to actually use it. Anyway, we pulled in and started to walk in at 10:05 am and the doors were locked. We wondered if they were just closed so we searched what time they open. Google said Verizon confirmed they open at 10:00am. Next we see the lady walking up to the door. She didn’t say anything to us and just walked right by us. She walked in the door and locked the door right behind her. We asked through the door why the door was locked, to which she screamed through the doors and held up her fingers telling us to wait. Very unprofessional. We would’ve waited for her but the way she ignored us. This is the exact reason I switched from Verizon anyway. My husband wasn’t as lucky because he’s under a contract still. You would think for how much he pays for just his ONE phone and ONE PLAN, that we would get better customer service. Very disappointed in this lady’s actions as well as Verizon in general. My husband has voiced how he can’t wait till contract is over so he can be on my plan with a...
Read moreI would give a negative rating if possible. I was lied to the whole time I was there. Trying to get a new phone and was in the process of doing paperwork. The clerk had the new phone in his hands, but then told me that someone online was placing an order for the phone, then he told me the phone could not be sold because it needed repair. The phone was still in the box that had not been opened!! How could it possibly need repairing and how could he know that it did!?!?!?! He ended up ordering the phone and having it delivered to me and told me to come back when I received it and he would transfer the data without charge. He noted this on the paperwork. When I went back after receiving the phone, he was not there and they would not honor the promise he made. I talked to the manager who told me the clerk was new and still in training. So I guess the customer pays for Verizon's miserable training processes! I will transfer the data myself. (By the way, transferring data used to be done as a courtesy with no charge. So much for...
