I understand that you are understaffed and that you are offering $12hr to anyone willing to work for that, but it's still NO EXCUSE that you only worry about the DOUBLE LANE DRIVE THROUGH!! Since you are so busy at this location how about you pay whatever it takes to get somebody besides school kids in there that do not care how backed up they are! I went inside for 2 shakes and absolutely NOBODY inside actually had their food out of at least 10 parties! After I order the 2 shakes I was then told a few minutes later the machine was empty so it would take about 7 minutes before it would be ready so I fine with that until 10 minutes later I was then told "oh sorry, I was to busy taking orders (that they couldn't fulfill anytime soon) so I am just now adding more product to the shake machine, so it will be an additional 7 plus minutes" on top of the 12+ that I've already waited! I said just forget it and refund me, so he had to go get a manager (which looked like he was about 18-19yrs old). This is my 9th try and yeah they take FOREVER and always mess something up busy or not lol I donāt even customize my food either just the way things come but they still mess up. Receipt will say what I ordered but Iāll still get the wrong burger. Even when they do get it right theyāll give you over cooked/dry fries for example.
Itās a shame really I try to wait another month before I go in hopes of things improving but even when I see new faces working they still mess up a lot and take forever. This one is right around the corner from where I live but I still prefer to go to the 146 one. I give up giving this location a chance because they canāt get it together.
The employees arenāt rude or anything most of them just look like they donāt care tho. Like tonight I went to get a steakhouse junior and it took 30min to get my food. They tried handing me someone elseās bag and when they handed mine they didnāt give me the sauce I asked. Three people taking orders. Not using speakers. Two lines are formed for receiving food. This Whataburger has a massive amount of area for cars to wait. Could possibly form a third line.
The worker who took my order was nice. And quick. She acknowledged how slow their line moves. They have two people delivering food from the window. Much like ChicFila but obviously slower and without as great of service.

1140am-pulled into drive through 1145am-waiting to order 1150am-ordered food 1153am-still waiting. 10 in front of me 1158am- waiting. 3 cars in front 12pm-waiting. Myself and another car next 1203pm- food received
23 minutes in drive through. Disappointed
Received wrong drinks. Ordered medium coke and medium Dr pepper. Received Dr pepper and root beer.
Food was good. My burger was partially soggy. Everything else was good.
Overall, this Whataburger gets a 2. Slow service makes it hard to effectively get lunch on a lunch break. The wrong drinks means orders aren't verified...
